Protein Drink
Establishing stable blood sugar levels first thing in the morning is a
critical part of optimizing your performance.  Here are the basics for
a great shake.

8 oz almond milk
1-2 scoops protein (I recommend hemp.  Whey, if it's the only
ingredient or flax.  No Soy.)
1 tbs coconut oil, almond butter or mixed EFA's.  (Essential fatty acids)
1 cup ice
1/2 cup fruit.  (Berries are preferred over banana's)
a couple of shakes of  Organic Clear Fiber by Organic Clear Fiber...

5 mg of D-ribose
Berry Green by New Chapter, loads of great veggies

energy drink
2-4 oz of fresh lemon, lime or orange juice
20 oz spring water  (avoid tap due to chlorine)
small pinch of sea salt or e-lytes
8 drops of Cell Food by Lumina Health
1 tsp honey or pure maple syrup (the real stuff)
